Summer Flea Market

A great day was had by all at the 22nd July, Summer Sugar and Spice Flea Market and the sudden downpour of crazily heavy rain didn't manage to dampen our spirits.

Hosted at The Grange Pub, stalls included handmade jewellery, greetings cards, ceramics, vintage homeware, candles, handmade chocolate and homemade cakes.  It was lovely to meet new traders and to welcome back regulars.  Denise (Denalis Jewellery & Cards) one of the market's regular traders, brought along her new range of greeting cards including birthday card maps of Ealing.

Dani of the Midnight Bakery served her infamous gin and tonic cupcakes and new to the menu - delicious chocolate and chilli cake.

Ealing's very own chocolatier Lucy (Handmade in Ealing) showcased her amazing handmade chocolates including pomegranate molasses, rose & pistachio nut nibs and banana, coconut & Mount Gay rum caramel.

Potter Derek Whitehead's ceramics proved very popular with visitors (and other stallholders too!).
His range of jugs, plates and bowls looked stunning and he hopes to return to the market in September.

Sugar and Spice flea market will be back on 30th September 11-4pm complete with a vintage tearoom at St Matthew's church hall and gardens and 21 October 12-5pm at The Grange Pub.  For more information email sugarandspicefleamarket@gmail.com.
